The decision to start counseling is a meaningful and deliberate choice to start creating this new life.

I have experience working as a counselor for 4 years and in this time, I have developed strong therapeutic bonds with individuals from age 3 to 80 years old. In sessions, we will utilize different interventions and skills lessons to assist in improving your stress tolerance, emotional regulation, and communication. Therapeutic techniques used may include, Cognitive and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (CBT and DBT), solution-focused, and narrative therapy. I use a holistic model that integrates creative arts therapy techniques for self-expression and focuses on awareness of both body and mind.
